About WisyPlan
Built for real construction.
By people who lived it.
WisyPlan was born from years of delivering major infrastructure projects where the tools were never the problem: the fragmentation was. We watched talented project managers spend more time chasing data across emails, documents, and spreadsheets than actually managing their projects. We built the operating system we always wished existed: one that doesn't replace your tools, but finally makes them talk to each other.
The site diary.
Ispent years as a Digital Engineering Lead on major construction projects at AECOM, working on complex, multi-discipline infrastructure programmes worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Despite having access to the best tools in the industry, project managers were still spending a full day every week manually consolidating data, and three to four hours every day managing emails and tracking actions. The information existed, but it was scattered across ACC, Procore, Aconex, Outlook, SharePoint and many other systems.
The problem wasn't a lack of tools. It was that every tool operated in its own silo. Data lived in disconnected systems, and the only integration layer was a person, usually the PM, stitching everything together. I realised this wasn't a technology gap, but an architecture gap.
That realisation led directly to WisyPlan. I believe AI in construction should act as a layer, not a replacement. Your Procore, Aconex, and P6 remain exactly where they are. WisyPlan sits above them as an autonomous reasoning engine, connecting the dots so teams can stop collecting data and start making decisions. Construction doesn't need more tools. It needs intelligence.

Founded
After leading digital engineering across 500+ projects at AECOM and watching the same fragmentation problem repeat itself on every single one, Christian Pallaria left to build the tool that should have already existed. WisyPlan was founded in Sydney with a single belief: that AI's role in construction is to sit above the chaos, not add to it.
First customers
WisyPlan ran its first enterprise pilots with construction and infrastructure teams across ANZ and APAC. Early users consistently pointed to the same thing: the time saved wasn't in using a new tool — it was in not having to be the integration layer anymore.
Juventus Forward Squad
WisyPlan was selected for Juventus Forward Squad 2026/27 on the Corporate Innovation track — piloting AI that unites Real Estate and Facilities Management around a single source of truth across the Club's stadium, buildings, and infrastructure.
Today
WisyPlan has completed 2 enterprise pilots, with a paying contract commencing and 3 further pilots in active conversion. The platform has been presented at Sydney Build, Melbourne Build, and the Kuala Lumpur Smart Construction Summit, and is building toward ISO 27001 certification to unlock full enterprise procurement at Tier 1 firms across ANZ and APAC.
Our 5 principles.
Connect, don't replace.
Your tools stay. We make them talk to each other.
AI should act, not just answer.
Chatbots respond. WisyPlan monitors, flags, and moves.
The PM's time is the most valuable asset on any project.
We build every feature around getting it back.
Domain knowledge is not optional.
Construction has its own language and logic. Generic AI doesn't speak it. We do.
Intelligence should compound.
Every project makes the next one smarter. That's not a feature — it's the moat.
More intelligence.
Not more tools.
See what your projects look like when the integration layer isn't a person anymore.
